The Manor in Greasby is a well-loved and welcoming venue, known for delivering excellent service and a great guest experience. We are currently looking for enthusiastic and reliable Food & Beverage Assistants to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the growing Nelson Hotels & Inns group and be part of a friendly, customer-focused team.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive customer service
- Take accurate food and drink orders and deliver them efficiently
- Support bar and restaurant service as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all service areas
- Work effectively during busy periods
- Support colleagues to ensure smooth service
- Follow all health & safety procedures and company policies
- Handle payments accurately
About You
- Previous experience in a food & beverage or hospitality role is essential
- A positive attitude with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends
- A team player who is happy to support across all areas
- Due to the nature of the role, you must be able to work regular evenings and weekends, including late finishes, and have access to reliable transport.
