Overview:

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Project Manager to lead and deliver ServiceNow initiatives across the organization. You’ll manage full project lifecycles—from planning through execution—while ensuring alignment with business needs and technical standards. Experience in Order to Fulfilment (OTF) or Order Management is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, lead, and deliver ServiceNow projects on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and success criteria.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, both technical and business.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and risks.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and ensure project transparency.
  • Align delivery with Agile, ITIL, or SDLC methodologies.
  • Oversee third-party vendors and ensure quality assurance.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in IT project management, with 2+ years leading ServiceNow projects.
  • Strong knowledge of core ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, CMDB, Catalog).
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional technical teams.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Order to Fulfilment or Order Management workflows.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations (ERP, CRM, eCommerce).
  • ServiceNow certifications (Administrator or Implementation Specialist).
  • Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow Agile).
