A leading UK consultancy is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join its growing ServiceNow practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale digital transformation programmes for major public and private sector clients. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, with a particular focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD) alongside other platform modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Configure and customise HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and related ServiceNow modules.
- Build workflows, business rules, integrations, and UI components to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations with third‑party systems using APIs and web services.
- Support testing, deployment, and ongoing optimisation of ServiceNow solutions.
- Ensure development aligns with ServiceNow best practices and platform governance.
- Provide technical guidance and contribute to continuous improvement of the platform capability.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
- Hands‑on experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Experience with additional modules such as ITSM, CSM, or ITOM.
- Strong scripting capability (JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer).
- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Understanding of ServiceNow data model, workflows, and platform architecture.
