We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Product Owner to lead the strategic development, optimisation, and governance of our ServiceNow platform. This role requires strong product ownership capability, stakeholder management expertise, and a deep understanding of ServiceNow modules and enterprise transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the ServiceNow product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy and organisational priorities.
  • Define and prioritise the platform backlog, translating business requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, delivery teams, and external partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, and SecOps where applicable.
  • Ensure platform governance, data integrity, security compliance, and best practice configuration standards.
  • Champion adoption and change management across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with architecture and integration teams to ensure scalable and sustainable solutions.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Platform Owner, or ServiceNow Lead within a mid-to-large enterprise environment.
  • Strong hands‑on knowledge of ServiceNow core modules (ITSM essential; ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD desirable).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and prioritise competing demands.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform governance and lifecycle management.
  • Experience managing third‑party vendors or ServiceNow partners.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules.
