We are seeking an experienced Service Now GRC Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of Service Now Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions.
You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate regulatory and risk management requirements into scalable Service Now capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver Service Now GRC solutions, including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
- Lead solution design workshops and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Design scalable, secure, and best-practice Service Now architectures.
- Collaborate with business, security, and compliance teams to align solutions with organisational objectives.
- Provide guidance to developers and ensure high-quality solution delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Now Architect with expertise in the GRC suite.
- Strong understanding of Technical, governance, risk, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-GRC) certifications are highly desirable.
