The parish of Wakefield and Districts is seeking a casual church administrator to provide essential support to the vicar and parish leadership. This part-time role (5 hours per week) helps ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our church and supports the life, mission and ministries of our parish. The administrator is a key point of connection within our church community and plays an important role in helping the church flourish.

What the role involves:

  • Managing general correspondence and enquiries
  • Preparing weekly notices, service sheets and newsletters
  • Maintaining church records, registers and rosters
