We’re Hiring: Visiting Lecturers - Business & Hospitality Management
Nelson College London is looking for experienced, enthusiastic and student-focused Visiting Lecturers to join our Academic Team and contribute to the delivery of our University Programmes across undergraduate Levels 4, 5 and 6.
This is an excellent opportunity for academics and industry professionals who are passionate about teaching, sharing their expertise and inspiring the next generation of business and hospitality leaders.
The successful candidates will deliver engaging lectures, workshops and tutorials, develop relevant learning materials, design and assess student work, and provide constructive feedback to support academic progress and achievement. You will also contribute to curriculum enhancement, academic quality assurance and the continuous improvement of the student learning experience.
We are particularly interested in candidates who bring:
- A Master's degree or PhD in Business, Management, Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
- Relevant teaching experience or substantial industry expertise.
- A commitment to academic excellence, inclusive teaching and student success.
- Strong communication, organisational and collaborative skills.
- A recognised teaching qualification and/or Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), or a willingness to work towards these.
Teaching delivery:
Primarily face-to-face, on campus, with opportunities to contribute to blended or online learning where required.
