What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing your own conveyancing caseload from start to finish.
- Advising clients on a wide range of property matters, including purchases, sales, remortgages, buy-to-lets, leasehold, shared ownership, new builds, and unregistered property.
- Building strong client relationships and ensuring a high-quality service experience.
- Acting autonomously, making decisions confidently while adhering to best practice standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified as a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.
- Minimum 1 year PQE in conveyancing, ideally with CQS accreditation.
- Strong knowledge of Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) protocols and experience using conveyancing portals, including HM Land Registry.
- Confident, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise effectively.
- Excellent IT skills and a professional approach to client service.
