Firm: A well-established, reputable firm that believes in providing a bespoke, friendly service. We are exclusively working with a well-established, reputable firm, which is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor on a permanent basis, as part of their succession planning.
The position would suit someone with at least 5-7 years' property experience, an interest in business development, and the ability to work on a self-sufficient basis. Whilst the main focus will be on commercial property work, you will also be required to undertake some conveyancing (most likely the more complex matters) and also to supervise/train other conveyancers.
