Job Role: Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

Location: Skegness

Firm: A progressive and modern firm, that has a very loyal client following, which is ever-increasing.

Role Details:

  1. Drafting of Contracts, Land Registry and HMRC documents.
  2. Experience of the following is desirable, but not essential as training will be provided:
  1. New Build/Development Plot Purchases
  2. Re-Mortgages
  3. Transfers of Equity
  4. Assents
  5. Leasehold Properties
  6. Shared Ownership Properties
  7. Experience of working on a case-manager system
