Job Role: Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner
Location: Skegness
Firm: A progressive and modern firm, that has a very loyal client following, which is ever-increasing.
Role Details:
- Drafting of Contracts, Land Registry and HMRC documents.
- Experience of the following is desirable, but not essential as training will be provided:
- New Build/Development Plot Purchases
- Re-Mortgages
- Transfers of Equity
- Assents
- Leasehold Properties
- Shared Ownership Properties
- Experience of working on a case-manager system
