Nelson Bridges are retained exclusively by a highly esteemed legal firm based in Lincolnshire, who are looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer on a permanent and full-time basis.
Main Duties
- Manage and Support Conveyancing Transactions: You\’ll play a pivotal role in the residential conveyancing department, handling a diverse range of matters from initiation to post-completion.
- Diverse Caseload Expertise: Your work will encompass various aspects, including freehold & leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new-build transactions, and shared ownership schemes.
- Leadership and Client Development: As a team leader, you\’ll not only manage but also expand the firm’s client portfolio, requiring proven managerial skills and a flair for business development.
