We are delighted to be working with a long-established and highly regarded independent law firm in Helston, Cornwall, which is looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancer to join its friendly and experienced conveyancing team. The Role

You will manage a manageable residential conveyancing caseload, handling all aspects from instruction through to completion. This will include sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. The firm uses the LEAP case management system and places a strong emphasis on quality work and excellent client care, rather than excessive pressure. You will also contribute to the continued success of the conveyancing department, working closely with colleagues in a collaborative, close-knit environment.
