Role Details: We are delighted to have been retained exclusively by a modern, rapidly growing practice that has established itself as one of the City's top firms for residential property matters. As an Associate in the Property team, you will be an ambassador of the firm, working directly with and for key clients and continuing to build upon the firm's reputation for excellence.

  • Sales, Purchases, Transfers, and Re-mortgages of residential leasehold and freehold property.
  • Lease Extensions.
  • Auction Sales and Purchases.
  • Managing and building relationships with clients and introducers.
  • Supervising paralegals, trainees, and support staff.

The firm believes in modern working practices and is happy to consider candidates who are interested in working flexibly or in an agile way, based in either Aldgate or Clapham.
