The firm is seeking to appoint an experienced Family Law Solicitor as part of a succession plan and can offer a very lucrative salary, a fast track to Head of Department plus a profit share.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a varied caseload of family law matters from initial consultation through to resolution (public and private law).
2. Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on family-related issues.
3. Draft legal documents, including agreements, court applications, and legal notices.
4. Represent clients in family court proceedings and negotiations.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
6. Build and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
7. Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
