This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to manage a varied and high-quality caseload including:
- Drafting Wills and Codicils
- Probate and full estate administration
- Trust creation and administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection applications
- Tax and estate planning matters
The successful candidate will provide clear, empathetic and practical advice to clients, often during sensitive and difficult times. You will handle matters from instruction through to completion, maintaining high technical standards while delivering exceptional client care.
