We are delighted to be working with a well-established firm with a history dating back 250 years in their search for a Commercial Property Solicitor. The firm specialise in guiding businesses through buying, selling, or leasing commercial property with expert legal support at every step.
Within the role, you will independently manage your own busy caseload and deal with a range of transactions, including secured lending, leases, landlord and tenant matters, buying and selling of freehold commercial properties and businesses, options, easements, and other commercial property-related matters.
