Location: Tadley / Reading / Staines

Role Details:

Our client is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with 6 Years+ PQE to join their very established team.

Skills/Experience:

  1. Ability to manage own caseload.
  2. Qualified fee earner with significant experience in Commercial property.
  3. Track record of developing and maintaining client relationships and willingness to engage with the broader community to develop business contacts and relationships.
  4. Ability to prioritise work, function efficiently under pressure, and remain calm and professional.
  5. Ability to manage client expectations and deliver exceptional Customer Service.
  6. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Duties include:

  1. Undertaking a large and varied caseload of commercial property matters.
  2. Being proactive with clients and building long-term business relationships.
  3. Undertaking file reviews.
  4. Property Finance.
  5. Land Acquisition and disposals.
  6. Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals.
  7. Management and property portfolios.
  8. Secured Lending.
  9. Commercial leases acting for both landlords and tenants.
  10. Conditional Contracts.
  11. Promotion and Option Agreements.
