Commercial Property Solicitor
Monday – Friday (Flexible hybrid working available)
Location: Bournemouth
Company: A Legal 500 forward-thinking growing firm, that provides exceptional service to clients.
Role Details: As an integral part of the commercial property team, you will be advising on all types of commercial property matters. The team manages a wide client base including property developers, owners, and investors, for all aspects of commercial property work, including sales and purchases of an extensive range of land and property types and landlord and tenant work.
Skills & Experience:
- 2 years PQE (Commercial Property)
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Innovative thinker and proactive approach
- Ability to deliver high-quality work to deadline
- Ability to identify problems, recommend solutions and work on your own initiative
- A strong team player who supports colleagues and the work of the team
