You will coordinate outreach activities, work with libraries, local authorities, Jobcentre Plus, housing providers, VCSE groups and employers to develop referral pathways and engage priority learners.
You will also monitor delivery against plans, manage budgets, and support line-managed staff while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements
