Nellybells Daycare is seeking an experienced Room Leader to head a designated room within our early years setting. You will ensure the highest standards of care, learning and safeguarding while leading a team to deliver outstanding practice in line with EYFS.
The ideal candidate holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or above), with proven team leadership and a commitment to professional development. The role is full-time with a 7:30am–6:00pm schedule and competitive salary.
