The Mission: This isn't about replacing a team; it's about elevating one. You will take ownership of UK HR operations, supporting a diverse workforce that includes London-based talent and international assignees. This role is based on-site in central London 4 days per week.
The Role: What You'll Do
- End-to-End Ownership: Lead the full employee lifecycle for UK-contracted staff and international assignees, ensuring seamless day-to-day HR operations.
- Operational Excellence: Strengthen core processes including onboarding, policy management, and HR data systems to drive efficiency and consistency.
- Strategic Transition: Support the shift from traditional HR support to a value-driven "human capital" model focused on long-term business impact.
- Team Development: Partner with the existing HR team to build internal capability, mentor junior colleagues, and foster a "one team" global mindset.
- Trusted Advisory: Act as a pragmatic, credible partner to managers, providing sound judgment on complex employee relations and performance matters.

- Proven Generalist Expertise: Significant experience in operational HR delivery with a deep understanding of UK employment law and best practices.
