You will have the opportunity to excel whilst:
- Ensuring that residents are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferences are taken into consideration to enhance their wellbeing.
- Ensuring care plans, assessments, risk assessments, and other care documentation are followed accordingly.
- Promoting and safeguarding the welfare of residents.
- Maintaining the residents’ independence, privacy, and dignity always.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all care given.
- Ensuring Infection Control procedures are always adhered to.
