Nellsar is seeking a Recreation & Wellbeing Lead for St Winifreds Care Home, Deal, Kent. You will lead the development of a varied programme of activities to support residents’ physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, working with the Home Manager to tailor plans to individual needs.
You will manage the Recreation and Wellbeing Team, coordinate events, track records and ensure GDPR compliance. This on-site role is 32 hours per week, including every other weekend; hourly rate to be discussed
