Contracted hours: 33-44 Hours per week available (Nights 8pm - 8am)

Nellsar is committed to developing and training our staff in order to ensure high quality care is provided to our residents. The successful candidate will receive ongoing training and development with opportunities for progression within the Company, including apprenticeships for new and existing staff.
You will have the opportunity to excel whilst:
- Ensuring that residents are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferences are taken into consideration to enhance their wellbeing.
- Ensuring care plans, assessments, risk assessments, and other care documentation in place to support residents are followed accordingly.
- Being responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of residents.
- Maintaining the residents' independence, privacy, and dignity always.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all care given, onto our software package (handheld devices).
- Ensuring Infection Control procedures are always adhered to.
