Nellsar is committed to developing and training our staff to ensure high quality care is provided to our residents and the successful candidate will receive on-going training and development with opportunities for progression within the Company, including apprenticeships for new and existing staff.
You will have the opportunity to excel whilst:
- Preparing all foodstuff, as directed by the Head Chef.
- Assisting and executing various kitchen duties such as ensuring cleaning schedules are adhered to.
- Assisting in preparation and serving of all meals, in a timely manner.
- Liaising with care staff and residents in a polite and person-centred way.
- Being responsible for understanding health and safety requirements.
