What You’ll Be Doing

• 🍕 Lead & Inspire-Support the Head Chef in running a high‑performing kitchen, ensuring smooth service and exceptional food quality.
• 💡 Develop & Train-Help recruit, train, and mentor the kitchen team, fostering a culture of growth and development.
• 📦 Manage Stock & Prep-Oversee food ordering, prep levels, and stock rotation to keep things running efficiently.
• 🏆 Maintain High Standards-Champion food safety, compliance, and quality control to deliver consistently top‑tier pizzas.
• 🚀 Drive Improvement-Work with the Head Chef to refine processes, introduce new ideas, and evolve our menu.
• 🔥 Lead by Example-Keep energy high, motivate your team, and uphold a positive, can‑do kitchen culture.
