- Stock & Prep Management: Order stock and organize prep levels to ensure efficiency.
- Writing Rotas: Manage kitchen team shifts, ensuring balance and support.
- Lead By Example: Keep food quality high, while fostering a culture of learning and development. Encourage team members to take ownership of their growth while providing guidance and support.
