What You’ll Be Doing

  • Running the Floor - Leading shifts to ensure smooth, high-energy service.
  • Motivating the Team - Supporting & coaching team members to hit their goals.
  • Driving Sales & Standards - Helping Nell’s deliver top-tier hospitality & solid financial results.
  • Opening & Closing - Handling site set ups and close downs, stock, compliance & daily reports.
