What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead & Inspire: Run a top‑tier kitchen, from recruitment and food safety to prep, rotas, and quality control. Set the gold standard and lead by example.
- Recruit & Retain: Build a high‑performing kitchen team that shares your passion for quality and thrives in a dynamic environment.
- Innovate & Improve: Bring fresh ideas to evolve the menu, kitchen operations, and team performance.
- Quality & Consistency: Deliver the best NY‑style pizzas using high‑quality, sustainably sourced ingredients to create dishes our guests love.
- Maintaining 5‑Star Compliance: Uphold food safety and compliance standards through regular checks and consistent attention to detail.
- Stock & Prep Management: Order stock and organise prep levels to ensure efficiency.
- Writing Rotas: Manage kitchen team shifts, ensuring balance and support.
- Lead By Example: Keep food quality high, while fostering a culture of learning and development. Encourage team members to take ownership of their growth while providing guidance and support.
