The Role

Driving new business growth by introducing our services to foodservice operators of all sizes, from Michelin-starred restaurants to hotels, stadiums, contract caterers, healthcare facilities and large-scale food production sites. The role is based from our HQ in Orpington, however you will be expected to spend time meeting potential customers face-to-face.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new business opportunities across hospitality, catering, food production, and related industries.
  • Build strong relationships with chefs, general managers, operations directors, and procurement teams.
  • Deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations to show the value of Nella’s services.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Keep our CRM updated with accurate pipeline, forecasts, and account activity.
  • Work closely with our operations and service teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.

  • Comfortable in face-to-face meetings, building rapport quickly with a wide range of decision-makers.
