The Role
As a Sales Executive at Nella, you\’ll be driving new business growth by introducing our services to foodservice operators of all sizes, from Michelin-starred restaurants to hotels, stadiums, contract caterers and large-scale food production facilities.
You don\’t need prior experience in knives or hospitality but what is essential is your ability to connect with people, build relationships, pipeline and close deals.
The role is based from our HQ in Orpington, however you will be expected to spend time meeting potential customers face-to-face.
What You\’ll Do
- Identify and target new business opportunities across hospitality, catering, food production, and related industries.
- Build strong relationships with chefs, general managers, operations directors, and procurement teams.
- Deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations to show the value of Nella\’s services.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Keep our CRM updated with accurate pipeline, forecasts, and account activity.
- Work closely with our operations and service teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
