The Adult ADHD Coach will deliver person-centred coaching interventions through individual coaching sessions, group programmes and workshops, supporting individuals to develop sustainable approaches to organisation, planning, emotional regulation, wellbeing, communication, self-advocacy and everyday functioning.,
As the senior lived experience practitioner within the Adult ADHD coaching pathway, the post holder will line manage and professionally supervise the Adult ADHD Peer Support Worker (Band 3), supporting their development and ensuring peer support is delivered safely, effectively and in accordance with peer support values. The post holder will work collaboratively with psychiatrists, nurses, occupational therapists, psychologists, pharmacists, peer support workers and wider multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure coaching complements clinical care and contributes to holistic, strengths-based and neurodiversity-affirming support. The Adult ADHD Coach will also contribute to service development, co-production, quality improvement, training and the ongoing development of ADHD coaching within the Trust.
