A replacement substantive consultant post in the East Mental Health & Wellness Team (MHWT-E) at NELFT, providing community care to adults with mental health needs. The consultant gives senior medical support and supervision to a multidisciplinary team, takes direct clinical work with patients and families, and liaises with external mental health providers and acute hospitals.
