An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Audiology clinician to join NELFT NHS Foundation Trust as Clinical Lead for Paediatric Audiology within our Integrated Children's Services in Havering. This is a senior clinical leadership role for an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality, family-centred audiology services for children and young people aged 0-19 years. You will work within a supportive, forward-thinking, multi-disciplinary environment and play a key role in shaping the future of paediatric audiology services across North East London.

Main duties of the jobWe are seeking a highly skilled, qualified Audiology clinician with strong leadership and management experience. As Clinical Lead, you will:
- Provide professional and operational leadership for the Paediatric Audiology Service
- Lead and support an established team of audiologists, assistants and administrative staff
- Maintain clinical credibility through highly specialist clinical practice where appropriate
- Drive service development and modernisation of care pathways in line with national standards and local priorities
- Work closely with senior leaders, commissioners and multi-agency partners to deliver safe, effective and accessible services
You will have the opportunity to influence service direction at both Trust and regional level, while ensuring children, young people and their families remain at the heart of everything we do.
