Providing specialist occupational therapy assessment and treatment to patients in the community with Stroke and with a variety of complex neurological needs, taking into consideration the patients physical/cognitive/perceptual skills to identify the patients abilities and areas of difficulty.

Provision of equipment to promote independence and improve or maintain quality of life. Knowledge of referral and signposting to other services to meet patient's care needs.

You will take a role in the leadership of junior staff and rehab support workers, through supervision, training and appraisal whilst also being involved in the on-going development of the service.
