Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a warm, polished, and personalised welcome to every guest from the moment they arrive.
  • Lead the reception team, ensuring the highest standards of service and professionalism are maintained.
  • Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest requests efficiently using our booking systems.
  • Handle VIP guests, special occasions, and guest feedback with confidence and discretion.
  • Work closely with the management, front-of-house, and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintain an organised reception area while ensuring smooth daily operations.
