New Restaurant Opening | The Whiteley, Queensway (W2)

After the success of Nela Amsterdam, were bringing our live-fire concept to London.

Nela London will open in Bayswater, inside The Whiteley a billion-pound development. The restaurant will have around 150 covers, private dining, and a striking bar area.

The menu is centred on open-fire cooking, seasonal ingredients, and clean, elegant plates.
Service is warm, attentive, and unpretentious focused on guest connection and product knowledge.

Were now building our front-of-house team and looking for experienced Waiters and Head Waiters to join us from the start.

Your Role

Depending on your experience and level of responsibility, you will:

• Bring energy, care, and focus to each service
• Guide and engage guests with confidence
• Deliver warm, professional hospitality
• Lead or support your section during busy shifts
• Help maintain high standards across food, drink, and service
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams
• Stay calm, organised, and consistent
• Support and mentor junior team members (Head Waiters)

About You

• Experience in quality restaurants
• 1+ years as a Waiter or 1+ year as a Head Waiter in a reputable venue
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Strong guest focus and clear communication
• Calm under pressure and a team player
• Confident, curious, and eager to learn
• Full UK work rights
