We’re looking for a talented UX / UI Designer to join a leading agency and work on an established, consumer facing website for a well known hospitality brand. This role will be dedicated to the ongoing design and evolution of the brand’s website. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and a collaborative team based in the US, delivering thoughtful UX and polished UI solutions that enhance the customer journey.
The Role
- Designing and redesigning website pages based on clear briefs and business goals
- Creating UX/UI designs in Figma for an existing WordPress site
- Improving user journeys, page layouts, and on-site experiences
- Supporting design updates, iterations, and potential new functionality
- Collaborating with developers, product, and stakeholders to bring designs to life
- Balancing collaborative working with the ability to manage tasks autonomously
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a UX / UI Designer on consumer facing websites
- Strong proficiency in Figma
- Experience designing for WordPress or CMS driven websites
- Solid understanding of UX principles, user journeys, and usability best practices
- Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into effective design solutions
- Comfortable working with distributed teams, including US-based colleagues
- Organised, proactive, and confident working independently when needed
