We are looking for an ambitious Strategy Director to join a dynamic, independent integrated communications agency with a strong digital focus.
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for guiding strategic projects from brief through to delivery across a diverse portfolio of clients in financial services, travel, and retail.
What you'll do: Lead the development of insight-led strategies and creative propositions that drive integrated campaigns.
Work closely with Creative and Client Services Directors to support B2C and B2B campaign strategies.
Manage, mentor, and inspire junior strategists.
Translate client briefs into actionable agency strategies and deliverables.
Plan communications, including channel roles, user journeys, and performance metrics.
Present strategies and creative concepts confidently to clients, demonstrating the value of strategic thinking.
Contribute to new business pitches and brainstorming sessions.
About you: At least 3 years’ experience as a Strategy Director in an agency environment.
Strong knowledge of integrated marketing, particularly digital and social.
Proven track record of developing effective, insight-driven creative strategies.
Excellent storytelling and presentation skills; confident communicator.
Proactive, hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
