We are currently working with a hugely well-known and reputable Advertising / Integrated agency, that are on the lookout for a digitally strong, but fully integrated Senior Project Manager. The role requires a depth of experience managing the creative phases of projects to deliver Global Creative for Digital Campaigns across advertising, social, web and email. Creative will also run through to ATL and BTL print from OOH to POS.
Working on a new account, you’ll be working with a dedicated team including Business Direction, Client Services, Creative, Design and global production teams. You’ll be a client centric and super organised Senior PM as you take real ownership of projects producing really well-crafted Global Creative assets and coordinate with other PM’s who are responsible for global campaign rollout. There is a massive opportunity to make a difference in this highly visible role and huge scope for progression as the account is set for strong, organic growth over the coming years.
They require a Senior Project Manager, who can support on this high profile account, directing workflow whilst working in partnership with account management, creatives, specialist producers, studio etc. You’ll be involved from initial brief alongside account management to scope, estimate and plan projects and will continue to own and manage the lifecycle of the project through the agency to delivery. You’ll ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently and are within set budgets and timeframes, working with specialist producers (TV / Video / Post for example). It’ll be your responsibility to ensure project plans are always up to date and quoted / resourced for. You’ll oversee creative development, and play a part or work with producers on stills shoots and post production. Output will be a mix including lots of animated and static Digital work, as well as print ATL ads and BTL retail PO with some broadcast too.
The ideal candidate will have managed varied digital campaign heavy but integrated projects within an advertising / integrated agency environment and have had experience of working with clients as well. You’ll need to be highly organised and very good with Project planning and admin, as well as being passionate about the creative output. The Project Manager will need to be confident, proactive with a positive attitude and be happiest working on multiple, fast-paced projects as the client requires a lot of global assets on each project.
