We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join a leading creative agency and consultancy specialising in corporate, annual and sustainability reporting as well as brand and digital communications. Our client is a highly respected London based creative communications business combining expertise in brand, digital, sustainability and corporate reporting. They partner with ambitious listed and private companies across multiple sectors, helping them communicate with clarity and purpose through insight led thinking and powerful ideas.

They are now seeking an experienced, proactive, organised and relationship driven Senior Account Manager to support their growing portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with direct experience working on multiple corporate reporting projects concurrently through reporting seasons and ideally alongside a broader communications mix. Around 75% of the workload will focus on reporting projects (predominantly annual reports with some sustainability reporting), and the remaining 25% across brand, digital/web and wider communications projects.

The Role

You’ll deliver a range of projects from scoping and planning through to delivery whilst taking ownership of multiple client relationships as the main point of contact. Working with all parts of the agency, the Senior Account Manager will work across multiple workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered on brief, on time and on budget.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading with clients whilst building strong, trusted relationships
  • Managing and supporting annual and sustainability reporting projects end-to-end
  • Owning projects and supporting Senior Account Directors on larger programmes
  • Scoping, planning and documenting projects with clarity and precision
  • Coordinating internal teams and resources to maintain project momentum
  • Producing regular status updates and reconciliations on projects
  • Managing copy changes, approvals and quality checks for reporting projects
  • Tracking budgets, forecasts and resource usage accurately
  • Helping to mentor more junior colleagues on the team
  • Contributing to pitches and new client proposals

Experience required:

  • Direct experience working on corporate reporting projects throughout reporting seasons (annual reports, sustainability reports or integrated reports)
  • Experience at a Senior Account Manager level in a corporate reporting/communications agency
  • Confidence owning and developing client relationships as the main point of contact
  • Excellent organisational, planning and problem-solving skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a proactive, delivery focused mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate across disciplines
  • Experience working with varied skillsets from consultants to creatives with digital/comms/brand project experience being a plus

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a purposeful, collaborative and growing agency, working on high profile reporting and communications projects for some of the UK’s most ambitious organisations. If you have hands-on reporting experience and want to take real ownership of your client relationships with lots of opportunities to progress, we’d love to hear from you.
