Key responsibilities include:
- Leading with clients whilst building strong, trusted relationships
- Managing and supporting annual and sustainability reporting projects end-to-end
- Owning projects and supporting Senior Account Directors on larger programmes
- Scoping, planning and documenting projects with clarity and precision
- Coordinating internal teams and resources to maintain project momentum
- Producing regular status updates and reconciliations on projects
- Managing copy changes, approvals and quality checks for reporting projects
- Tracking budgets, forecasts and resource usage accurately
- Helping to mentor more junior colleagues on the team
- Contributing to pitches and new client proposals
Experience required:
- Direct experience working on corporate reporting projects throughout reporting seasons (annual reports, sustainability reports or integrated reports)
- Experience at a Senior Account Manager level in a corporate reporting/communications agency
- Confidence owning and developing client relationships as the main point of contact
- Excellent organisational, planning and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable attention to detail and a proactive, delivery focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate across disciplines
- Experience working with varied skillsets from consultants to creatives with digital/comms/brand project experience being a plus
