We are looking for an ambitious Strategy Director to join a dynamic, independent integrated communications agency with a strong digital focus. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for guiding strategic projects from brief through to delivery across a diverse portfolio of clients in financial services, travel, and retail.
What you'll do:
- Lead the development of insight-led strategies and creative propositions that drive integrated campaigns.
- Work closely with Creative and Client Services Directors to support B2C and B2B campaign strategies.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire junior strategists.
- Translate client briefs into actionable agency strategies and deliverables.
- Plan communications, including channel roles, user journeys, and performance metrics.
- Present strategies and creative concepts confidently to clients, demonstrating the value of strategic thinking.
- Contribute to new business pitches and brainstorming sessions.
About you:
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Strategy Director in an agency environment.
- Strong knowledge of integrated marketing, particularly digital and social.
- Proven track record of developing effective, insight-driven creative strategies.
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills; confident communicator.
- Proactive, hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
