Responsibilities

  • As Campaign Producer, turn big ideas into finished, real-world output, steering everything from first brief to final delivery of assets across a broad mix of formats and channels.
  • Own productions on budget, on schedule, and true to the creative vision, holding the process together end to end.
  • Take responsibility for budgeting, scheduling, risk planning and resource management, and ensure every clearance, technical spec and compliance box is ticked.
  • Keep productions running safely and legally, maintaining a high standard throughout, and mentor junior colleagues with steer, feedback and guidance.
  • What you’ll bring
  • Several years of hands-on producing experience, ideally in fast-turnaround social content, with a track record of running shoots of different sizes safely.
  • Ability to take a dry or difficult subject and present it in a genuinely engaging way, with experience getting content out quickly across channels like Tik Tok, Instagram, Reddit and You Tube.
  • Comfort juggling multiple moving parts under time pressure, reading performance data and acting on it, and troubleshooting on the fly.
  • Some editing experience (Premiere Pro or similar) is useful, as is any background in delivering work for DOOH or audio formats.
