Campaign work - Digi Banners, Social, DOOH + Some Print / POS
Our client is a global integrated / advertising production agency, who are on the hunt for a Senior Integrated but Digi Heavy Project Manager. You’ll be working on projects which will see you producing global creative assets and then delivering varied campaign work at fast pace in a multitude of specs and sizes to different markets across EMEA. You’ll be working on a well-known and globally recognised, high-end account. This role involves delivering on high profile international campaigns and will see you working on an exciting and important account for the agency.
They have a great PM team in place and they work hard as well as having a great culture and all getting on well socially too. Working for this global agency, you'll collaborate in a close-knit account and project management team and work from production of global creative masters to deliver assets to spec for local markets as you own and run projects. You'll book work in with the London based transcreation, design and production teams and other parts of the agency to smoothly manage work through and deliver to brief, accurately and on time.
The client runs several major campaigns each year alongside sporadic smaller campaigns around these and there is often a high volume of deliverables. The work is predominantly a mix of static and animated assets created in Figma for web, banners, social, DOOH and email, but there will also be some printed press and OOH ads, POS and some trafficking of TV and Radio ads into the broadcast adaption team.
You will take ownership right the way through the process, from brief and ingesting creative assets to producing masters through to production of a high volume of adaptations in different sizes, formats and for different markets, dealing with any issues and feedback/amends from the client along the way.
As the role is heavier on the digital side, it is important that you have worked on social and banner campaign production and adaptation before. Ideally a mix of digital localisation work across banners, social and digi OOH. If you have worked with Designers working on these campaigns in Figma, that would be an advantage. You should be comfortable working from creative to delivery for local markets and ideally PM'ing high volumes of assets against large media schedules. This role focuses on the production of campaign work so requires someone who can handle pressure and fast turnaround times on large schedules of work. You will need to work with lots of attention to detail and be conscientious as you will be able to take full control and responsibility of projects.
The Senior Project Manager will also need to be someone who is comfortable being client facing and will work methodically, building great relationships with local and global clients, 3rd parties, the studio, Quality teams etc., making sure the briefs are clear and everybody knows what they’re doing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client centric and building good relationships with internal and external teams.
- Creating timelines and booking work in as well as managing adaptation and production.
- Making sure the studio and other teams are briefed in correctly.
- Ensuring work is approved internally before being delivered to the client.
- Managing time/reconciliation on projects to ensure they can be billed correctly and on time.
If you’re detail orientated and have the relevant social/banner digital campaign PM experience along with some broader integrated exposure and thrive off working with great people around you, then make sure to APPLY NOW!
