We're looking for a Senior Designer to join a small but well-established, independent and very strategic integrated agency with a focus on both B2B and B2C work. They produce insight backed campaigns across print ads to digital, display advertising and social, to email and direct mail.

This is a hands-on role that will require an all-round but digitally strong designer who enjoys working across social, email and integrated campaigns, and who's confident taking work from concept through to final delivery. You'll work closely with the Creative Director and ACD, help raise creative standards, and play a key role in shaping high-quality output across multiple clients.

The role involves designing across digital, social, email, web, advertising and print, overseeing work from other designers and freelancers, acting as a brand guardian, and managing projects in a fast-paced agency environment. There's a strong emphasis on craft, attention to detail and consistency, alongside the confidence to challenge creative thinking when needed.

We're looking for someone with agency experience at Senior Designer level, strong digital and social campaign experience (including email), and ideally exposure to both B2B and B2C work. Experience working with large recognised brands is important, and Financial Services experience would also be a plus. You'll need to be comfortable working independently, presenting work, and juggling multiple priorities.

You should be highly skilled in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, and have some exposure to After Effects and ideally other design software like Sketch and PowerPoint. You'll also need a solid understanding of digital and print production.

If you're a Senior Designer looking for a role with real ownership, varied integrated work and the chance to make a meaningful creative impact, please apply now.
