We’re looking for a Senior Content Producer to lead the end to end creation of social first video content that feels authentic, relevant and designed for the feed. This role suits someone who can spot strong stories in the real world and turn them into engaging video content across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. You’ll have involvement in early ideas and take full ownership of productions through to final delivery, working closely with creative, strategy and partner teams throughout the process. You’ll ideally have a background in Journalism, comms or a field that has seen you finding real life stories, case study examples, creators that can form the narrative and story for the content that you produce.

What you’ll do

  • You’ll oversee the delivery of social video content ranging from fast paced, reactive shoots to more considered filmed pieces.
  • You’ll identify and develop contributors, creators and real-world stories that bring campaigns to life.
  • You’ll shape ideas into shoot ready concepts and scripts, manage shoots and logistics, and ensure content is tailored for each platform and audience.
  • You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver work that meets briefs, brand standards and accessibility requirements.
  • You’ll use performance insights to improve formats and outcomes, and support others in the team by contributing to a positive, collaborative production culture.

What you’ll bring

  • You’ll have strong experience producing social or digital video at pace and managing multiple projects at once.
  • You’ll understand how short-form video performs across major platforms like YT, Insta and TikTok and have a natural storytelling instinct.
  • You’ll be confident managing talent who are not used to being on camera, contributors and permissions, highly organised, comfortable working to deadlines, and experienced in working with creatives, strategists and stakeholders.
  • A background in media, communications or content production is expected, along with an interest in how content performance can inform creative decisions.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on video editing experience using professional tools.
