Junior Asset Manager – Creative / Advertising Agency – Up to £23,400 p/a Bonus Bens
Our client is a mid-sized creative agency that works on advertising production for very high profile Movie / Film campaigns. They are on the hunt for a super organised and detail orientated Asset Manager to work in a small team that support both their print and digital studios. They have a great culture and good team.
It’s an administratively geared and very process driven role whilst being a pivotal function at the agency. The Asset Management team ensure the correct files are received, checked and labelled for the teams before they can be worked on, as well as uploading 100’s of assets for clients that have left the internal studios. You’ll be the first set of eyes on files as you download them and ensure that provided assets have no issues or anything missing. You’ll also spot any errors before uploading completed assets. You’ll work with internal teams and be proactive and a great communicator to ensure assets are delivered smoothly, accurately and on time.
Our client is looking for someone who learns quickly and is keen to develop a career path with them. You’ll be given training and have support as the processes become second nature to you. They hope the successful candidate will fulfil the role for several years before progressing at the agency into another department such as Project or Account Management, Design / Artwork or QC / Proofing (depending on your background skills / interests / experience).

In this role, you’ll be:
- Downloading and checking files from clients following a checklist
- Labelling and distributing assets for print and digital teams
- Liaising with teams across project management, and studio teams to keep things on track
- Creating download links and uploading assets for back onto clients’ FTP sites
- Keeping Google Docs up to date
