Motion Designer – Ad Campaign Production 3 Month FTC (Rolling and possible Temp to Perm) Hybrid – London £55,000 - £65,000

We’re looking for an experienced Motion Designer to animate and edit advertising campaign work across banners, Social, DOOH and In store Video. It’s working on a new account and an opportunity to really make an impact as you deliver global master assets and work on adaption and localisation for EMEA markets.

The Role

Working from Figma files, you’ll be creating animated and very short-form video content, as you bring design work to life for a variety of campaigns on a global account. The role requires strong motion design experience, efficiency, and an understanding of how motion performs across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working from Figma Design Files, animate into motion assets and adapt for campaigns
  • Repurposing and reformatting content for a variety of platforms
  • Create short-form video and motion content for display banners, DOOH, and social media
  • Build, refine, and version animations across multiple formats and sizes to spec
  • Collaborate closely with digital designers and project teams
  • Ensure all motion work is polished, consistent, within guidelines and technically compliant

Skills & Experience

  • Strong proficiency in After Effects
  • Working knowledge of Premiere Pro for short form video editing
  • Comfortable working with Figma, from shared design files
  • Solid understanding of motion design principles (timing, pacing, transitions)
  • Experience delivering assets for digital campaign work from Social, Display to DOOH
  • Ability to manage multiple versions and tight deadlines
  • Experience with DOOH and large format digital screens
  • Familiarity with social platform specs and best practices
  • Also might be useful to have a basic understanding of HTML5 or lightweight animation workflows

This role will see you taking responsibility on a variety of fast moving campaign projects. You’ll work in a collaborative, creative working environment with a great team and the contract would be very likely to roll on and possibly move to perm in the future.
