This role is with a very exciting, global, creative and strategic, integrated agency working across huge brands. We’re looking for a hands-on Associate Creative Director to lead creative across a fast-paced agency team that works heavily on shopper marketing and 3D retail environments, as well as experiential and events projects.
The ACD role combines strong conceptual and creative thinking, Cinema 4D visualisation, design craft excellence, and team leadership, with strong client-facing responsibility.
You’ll deliver standout work across Retail, FMCG Health & Beauty, and major entertainment clients as you work with structural designers and your design team on consumer-facing shopper display and experiential briefs, as well as retail branding and toolkits.
- Lead creative from concept to execution across varied retail and experiential briefs including FSDUs, displays, retail environments, and activations.
- Oversee and sign off creative and design work from the team.
- Lead by example with exceptional design craft and attention to detail, as well as brand consistency.
- Translate briefs into strong creative solutions and present and sell ideas to clients.
- Collaborate closely with Client Services, Structural Designers, production, and digital teams.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting timelines and pushing the quality of creative and design output.
Requirements:
- 3D visualisation experience with Cinema 4D.
- Experience working with retail, consumer, FMCG clients, ideally within entertainment and health and beauty.
- Background in retail activation, shopper marketing, and experiential or events output.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Cinema 4D.
